Connecticut is home to a very infamous Cryptid, particularly in Trumbull, on Velvet Rd aka Dracula Drive. Some people believe that these humanoid creatures that wreak havoc on people in Trumbull. “What a better place to do a convention!”, said Nick Grossmann, Co-founder of Team Empath. We also thought the convention would be a good idea especially since this UFO and alien stuff going on in this world and on the news. We want abductees to be able to come out and share about their experience without being judged or made fun of. That’s one of the main goals for the convention itself. Nick Grossmann claims he has visited himself as a child and to this very day. He recalls as a child of these three glowing white lights silhouettes over his crib as a child. The crazy thing is no one really remembers stuff like that at that early age, but Nick actually does. Grossmann even has claimed that he has an actual photo and video of an alien, but he is waiting for the documentary to be produced. He tells a story of his team performing an ancient wizardry ritual and a doorway has opened. That is when the alien-like being came through and the video captured it. Grossmann’s team Ghost Storm has also captured a bunch of Inter-Dimensional beings on video and photos. One of which came from a case in Stratford, CT. With a great guest that has already been announced and two big ones coming, this event will be held in The Trumbull Merriott conference hall. There will be air-conditioning. Jim Petonito, Ed Warrens photographer, will be the host and MC. Jim aka Mr. Haunted always was more of a UFO type of guy than a paranormal gut. Grossmann and Roger thought it would be a great idea to have him as a host for the event! One special guest is Collin Haskins, who’s the Godfather of Cryptid Research in Connecticut. His Team is called Connecticut Cryptid Investigations Society. Colin is very knowledgeable and looks for evidence of what is believed to be what is called “Dogmen”. Dog men are said to be half human and half K9. They generally are violent, if not left alone. They roam the pines in the backwoods of Connecticut. Colin has been tracking these beings for some time now.
